Trump Sees Cheering Arabs on 9-11

Trump, Arabs, 9-11, cheering

Trump sees cheering Arabs during 9-11

Donald Trump said he saw thousands of Arabs on TV cheering in New Jersey after the attacks on September 11, 2001, as a twin tower came down. His words stirred up racially motivated Lefties and led to much poutrage, with millions of angry anti-white elites insisting Arabs would never do such a thing.

Lauren Carroll, who wrote for Politifact.com (or as I call it, PolitiFake), described President Trump’s statement as a “Pants on fire” lie. In her November 2015 article, Lauren stated:

This defies basic logic. If thousands and thousands of people were celebrating the 9/11 attacks on American soil, many people beyond Trump would remember it. And in the 21st century, there would be video or visual evidence.

Hold onto your generalizations, Lauren, and I will walk you through this step by step. Let’s begin with a Trump interview by George Stephanopoulos on ABC’s “This Week” show, November 22, 2015:

Stephanopoulos interviewed Trump by phone and played a tape of Trump talking about thousands of people in New Jersey. The transcript begins after that:

Stephanopoulos:  Y’know the police say that didn’t happen… at all. Those rumors have been on the internet for some time, so did you misspeak yesterday?

Trump:  It did happen. I saw it. It was on television, I saw it.

Stephanopoulos:  You saw that with your own eyes?

Trump:  George, it did happen. There were people that were cheering on the other side of New Jersey, where you have large Arab populations; they were cheering as the World Trade Center came down. I know it might be not politically correct for you to talk about it, but there were people cheering as that building came down – as those buildings came down, and that tells you something. It was well covered at the time, George, now I know they don’t like to talk about it, but it was well covered at the time. There were people over in New Jersey that were watching it, a heavy Arab population that were cheering as the buildings came down. NOT GOOD!

Stephanopoulos:  As I said, the police are saying it didn’t happen, but I wanna move on right now, core survival are… [continues about other matters].

Trump wasn’t lying. It is common for Lefties to downplay any bad behavior from minorities, which happened in this case. Trump saw TV vision on the day of 9/11, which Fake News subsequently covered over. Then they began using his description of it to belittle him. Melbourne, Australia, suffers the same process, with the coverage of Sudanese gangs by Fake News. The Labor government tells their police to keep quiet about Sudanese gang violence, and Fake News does its best to keep it toned down. The Labour Party did the same thing in England, and Merkel is doing the same thing in Germany. Who was in office during this interview on November 22, 2015? Democrat Barrack Obama was POTUS, Democrat Andrew Cuomo was governor of New York, and Democrat Bill de Blasio was mayor of New York, NY.

You may ask, “Why would the Left import millions of illegal immigrants and defend them against any criticism?” That’s a cinch; they need their votes. Mountains of baby boomers are dying, retiring, or being wheeled off to aged care facilities every day. One way Lefties can regain those lost votes is to import hordes of illegal immigrants, give them the vote, legalize voting for them, pardon them of crimes, and create Sanctuary cities. In the same spirit, Lefties will instruct cops to play down immigrant crime and have their cohorts in Fake News put a lid on immigrant crime details. The first thing Democrats and Fake News would want to delete is footage of thousands of Arabs celebrating 9/11.

We are also only talking about a few seconds of cheering, not the hours of sustained applause that Lauren Carroll might have insinuated. Celebrating was confined to when a tower fell, causing crowds of Arabs to cheer like football fans reacting to a touchdown. It may have lasted ten to twenty seconds, but anyone viewing such a scene would have heard it. The networks would quickly dispose of such footage, as per Democrat instructions.

Regarding the ‘video evidence’ Lauren asked for, people didn’t have smartphones in 2001, Lauren!

As for taped TV, why would people be recording daytime Arab TV? Arabs were mostly poor immigrants, not in the habit of spending limited resources on such things. Even those who may have taped the daytime Arab news would hardly want such footage published since it would scandalize their community. This point also applies to witnesses. Who watches Arab TV? Arabs. They are hardly going to snitch on fellow Arabs, but evidence survives despite their best efforts. There are reports of Arabs celebrating the Twin Towers’ fall during 9-11, and Democrat Mayors deny these.

Muslims celebrating 9/11 in Europe

“Another flick of Muslims celebrating 9/11. And no, it isn’t faked. It is well documented the celebrations that occured [sic] in Egypt, Detroit, Montreal, Lebanon and Palestine to name a few of Muslim reaction to 9/11.”

There are hundreds of TV stations in NY City, both Over-the-Air and Cable. Trump was no doubt flicking through the many channels looking for more information on the situation (as you would in NY at the time). He would have encountered a multi-cultural channel whose reporter stood in front of an Arab market on the other side of New Jersey. Just then, one of the towers collapsed, and the crowd let out a cheer that would die down a few seconds later. The editor back at the station would quickly cross to a different reporter somewhere else, as they do when they want to censor content. Trump would have shouted, “What the hell?” as he tried to find another channel with the same crowd, to no avail.

Whatever Trump saw, he believed it was thousands of Arabs cheering. When he saw other reports (like the Fox video above) and heard Stern’s callers and stories from police and firemen, he would have felt vindicated and described it with gusto despite the Poutrage from Fake News.

Once again, regardless of what you think of Trump, he believes his account of what he saw, and thus it is not a lie. Lauren Carroll and PolitiFake cannot truthfully call it a lie because they cannot read Trump’s mind.

Lauren Carroll - California student

So, who is this knucklehead, Lauren Carroll? Her photo was linked to the article. She looks all of eighteen. According to Google, she’s a student in California. She must have been about four when the Twin Towers went down. No wonder she thinks everyone had a smartphone in those days, ready to video anything happening around them. No wonder she doesn’t know that Fake News destroys or covers up news they don’t want you to see.

If you are a college student, you might want to apply to PolitiFake for a reporter’s position. They need your sage advice and experience!
